Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact us 24 hours in advance. When rescheduling, your deposit will be carried over to your next appointment. You can only reschedule three times, after the third time, a new deposit will be required. If I am not contacted 24 hours in advance, the appointment will automatically be cancelled and a new deposit will be required to re-book an appointment. Please keep in mind that all deposits are 100% non-refundable.
